Darius followed behind her.

“Likewise.”

Paige got up. “I got it, Jimmy.  You just sit right there.”  She turned to Tim and Katie. “Thank you guys so much for coming. We’ll have to do this again soon,” Paige said then led the Malloys to the door.
Paige walked back to the dining room and frowned upon seeing Lisa and Darius huddled together talking. She cleared her throat and they both looked up at her.
“It’s pretty late,” Paige said and started clearing the table.
“It really is. I’ll help you clean up and then I’ll head out,” Lisa said.
“You don’t have to do that. I got it.”
“You sure?”

“If you insist,” Lisa said then turned to Darius. “I was actually going to stop off at this little after-hours spot. You wanna come?”
